What we collect

For early access we collect your name, email, optional phone number, audience type and rental unit count where relevant. We record contact consent, the notice version and the entry point used to register. Contact enquiries include the message you choose to send.

Why we collect it

We use this information to maintain our expressions-of-interest list, understand audience needs, respond to enquiries and contact you about RentGuard PNG early access. Registration does not create a tenant record.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we record page views, CTA selections, form starts and completions, audience type and campaign tags. Your browser saves your analytics preference. These events do not include your name, email, phone, IP address or form content. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. Declining analytics does not prevent registration.

Storage and access

Records are stored in the website’s private database with access restricted to authorized operators. They are not listed publicly or sold. Hosting providers supporting the website may process infrastructure data. The operating entity, hosting location and final contact channel must be confirmed before public launch.

Retention and your choices

The intended retention period is the early-access programme and up to 12 months after the last relevant interaction, unless a longer period is required. You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal from early-access communications through our contact form. Backup deletion follows the operator’s backup schedule.

Please keep sensitive information out

Do not send identity documents, lease agreements, payment evidence, allegations or sensitive tenancy details through this site. The future tenancy platform will require its own notices, consent and governance arrangements.
