RENTGUARD PNG · PRE-LAUNCH

Fair records. A right to respond.

Proposed future workflow. The marketing website does not accept or publish tenancy claims.

Document the concern

A landlord or manager would submit a concern with supporting information through the future platform’s controlled workflow. Claims would not be published instantly.

Notify the tenant

The tenant would receive notice of information concerning them and a meaningful opportunity to respond before an adverse record could be considered for permitted use.

Review the information

Evidence, context and responses would be reviewed. Allegations, unresolved disputes and documented outcomes would be distinguished. Detailed review criteria and timeframes remain to be defined.

Correct or dispute

Tenants would be able to see their records, challenge inaccuracies, provide a response and request corrections. Access to their own records, corrections and disputes is intended to remain free.

Record the resolution

Outcomes and subsequent corrections would be documented, with access and sharing controls. Retention periods, identity checks, escalation routes and information-sharing safeguards must be specified before launch.

Positive histories matter too

The proposed Tenant Passport includes documented successful tenancies and positive payment history. It is intended to help tenants build credentials and share them under controlled conditions.

No claims through this website

Please do not submit tenancy allegations, names of alleged defaulters or evidence through the early-access or contact forms. For general questions about the concept, use Contact.
